The cantilever table is designed with collaborative workspaces and events in mind. The flat-pack base uses flexible honeycomb geometry to blow open and connect to itself via magnetic end panels. The round bases are made of paper or textile and combined with a table top made of PaperStone® or Carrara marble.

The brown and blue paper table bases are made of wood harvested from responsible Forest Stewardship Council® Certified sources (FSC® C158591) and coated with a non-toxic flame retardant. The white and aluminium textile folding table bases are made of non-woven polyethylene that is water- and tear-resistant. Both materials are recyclable.

PaperStone tops unite materiality by combining folding bases with a thin, lightweight, durable surface that has the warm feel of hardwood yet is made of compressed FSC®-certified paper and resin. The table tops are available in two styles: with or without a central hole. The version with hole comes with a multifunctional glass centre piece that acts as a pencil holder and spindle for a stack of paper sketch circles. The circular sheets of paper rotate around the pencil holder to share and develop thoughts around the table. When used for a dining table, the sketch circles can be removed and the glass centrepiece can be used for chopsticks or as a flower vase.

molo also offers the folding base on its own as an opportunity to share the design process and encourage customers to combine the bases with table tops made from local materials. Contact the studio to discuss your idea or request a marble tabletop.

Delivery and return conditions

• Prices exclude VAT and transport costs. Special purchasing conditions for architects and dealers.
• Returns and exchanges are not possible except for notification of damage within two working days of receipt, with photo proof by e-mail. In case of damage, contact us immediately without repairing yourself to preserve replacement options.

Please note: The standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. For indigo blue paper + white textile + aluminium textile cantilever table, a delivery time of 12 - 18 weeks may apply
